Hello I'm Anty!. I'm a freelance, self-taught artist who’s always learning and trying to improve. I mainly work with anthro art, but I also love doing humanoid arts whenever inspiration strikes! creating clowns and streetwear designs are my favorite thing! Being a freelance artist has become my main source of income. It’s a privilege to support myself through my passion for art, and I owe much of this opportunity to my wonderful clients ☆

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Payment

  • Due to my currency and transition fees I do not accept refunds sorry!

  • I accept money only! (USD)

  • 100% prepayment is required upfront through Ko-fi if the cost is lower than $100.

  • Payment plans are available for commissions priced above $100 total only. To secure your slot, a non-refundable payment of 30% of the total cost is required upfront via Ko-fi or Paypal. I only accept short-term payment plans but it can always be discussed!

  • If you wish to arrange a payment plan, please contact me through my social medias (ex: Discord, Instagram, Toyhouse or Bluesky.) When reaching out, be sure to indicate your proposed payment schedule please. Please note: If you fail to adhere to the agreed payment plan, the deposit will not be refunded. However, it can be exchanged for another commission option of your choice.

2. Usage Rights

  • Commercial use is only permitted for designs created by me if the total value (of the design and/or accumulated artworks exclusively done by me) exceed $200. If you acquired the character in any other way besides a financial transaction, please contact me so we can come to an agreement! :)

  • If you wish to use my artwork for commercial purposes, the total value must be over $500, or 30% of the profits made from the artwork. In any case, please reach out to me beforehand to discuss the details!

  • You may not claim the artwork or design as your own. Always credit me as the artist.

  • Using my artwork for NFT or anything similar is not permitted

3. Artist rights

  • When an artist sells an original piece of artwork, the client owns the artwork but not the copyright. The artist still retains the copyright, unless a contract explicitly transfers those rights.

  • The artist holds exclusive right to display the artwork publicly, such as in exhibitions or on websites.

  • The artist have the right to cancel a request if uncomfortable with the client or being disrespected.

4. Work method

  • My turnaround time is 1 month, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. To check for updates, please visit my Trello board.

  • The time I typically take to complete a commission ranges from 2 to 5 days, provided there are no unexpected delays.

  • I will provide updates on your commission at the following stages:

☆ When the lineart is ready or about to be cleaned up (I prefer not to show sketches, as they are simple and much of the artwork takes shape during the lineart stage).☆ If I don’t show the lineart, I will update you once the artwork is colored (this happens more often with custom designs, so the client can also provide better feedback).

Don’t worry, revisions are allowed without restrictions at these stages. However, after your approval of the lineart or painting, only minor changes will be permitted.

  • To avoid any misunderstandings, if your request is a piece of artwork, please specify the following:

☆ Poses (with image references or a description so I can visualize it better),
☆ Character personality,
☆ Bodybuild,
☆ Gender
☆ An reference sheet or any references!

Depending on the artwork and character, height and age may also be needed.

  • If your request is a custom design, please specify:

It is greatly appreciated if you can provide a Pinterest board with outfits, hairstyles, aesthetics, and any other details you prefer so I can better visualize and have ideas! Detailed descriptions are also very welcome to help me understand the character more deeply.

  • Adult content artwork is only permitted for individuals aged 18 and over. You will need to provide proof of your age to proceed with the request.

If the terms of service are violated, appropriate action will be taken.

  • Extra Character: An additional 40% of the base price will be charged per extra character. However, if you would like a piece featuring my original character (OC) alongside your OC, the extra charge will not apply! Adding one of my own OCs to the artwork is free of charge :)

  • Maximum of 3 Anons for Free: You can include up to 3 anonymous characters (anons) in the artwork at no extra cost! If you wish to add more than 3 anons, a small fee will be applied for each additional anon. Please make sure to specify the gender and the number of anons you'd like in your piece.

  • Change requests: During the lineart process, you will have the opportunity to request changes twice. For more significant changes (such as altering 70% of the drawing), you may request such changes only once. Additionally, you will have one chance to request changes after the artwork is finalized. After these opportunities and once you have given your approval, any further change requests will incur a $5 fee per request. Please ensure that you decide on all changes you want before approving the lineart or final piece.

  • Change requests due to my mistakes will not be charged. I sometimes struggle with attention to detail, so if you notice any errors in the artwork, please let me know :)

Designs

This section covers the rules for my original character designs, especially if you have claimed or plan to claim one. It explains what is allowed, what is prohibited, and what requires permission.

  1. Take light inspiration from my designs.

  2. Modify the design however you want (colors, outfits, accessories, hairstyles, etc.). If you redesign, the original version must remain visible/archived somewhere (Toyhouse gallery, stash, etc.)

  3. Use the character(s) in your stories, roleplays, self-inserts, etc.

  4. Trade or gift the design.

  5. Co-owning a design made by me! You can just link the other profile and give me credits as creator or just add on the character's profile desc letting people know they're co-owned :)

  1. Copying or taking heavy inspiration to the point of duplication.

  2. Claiming you made the design (credit me as the original designer at all times).

  3. Using my designs for AI training, NFTs or cryptocurrency-related content.

  4. Using my designs for offensive, violent or discriminatory content (including illegal or underage scenarios).

  5. Uploading my designs/art without proper credit or by removing my watermark/signature.

Conditional (Ask First)

  1. Commercial use (merch, books, projects, etc.) requires my explicit permission and may involve extra fees.

  2. Major redesigns that drastically alter the character should still keep recognizable elements and must credit me as the original designer.

  3. Reselling is only allowed for the same price you paid, unless additional art is included.

Sale, Trading & Payment

This section explains how sales, trades and payment plans for my designs and commissions work. It covers accepted payment methods, rules for offers, trading and art payments, as well as what is allowed and not allowed to ensure clear and fair transactions.

01. Payment Method & Currency

  1. If the payment method is money, I accept USD via PayPal or Ko-Fi (If using credit card as payment method, Ko-fi is recommended!)

  2. No refunds are provided due to my currency and transaction fees.

02. Prepayment & Payment Plans

  • For commissions or adopts under $100, 100% prepayment is required upfront.

  • For commissions or adopts over $100, payment plans are available:

  1. To secure your slot or a design, a non-refundable down payment of 20-30% of the total cost is required.

  2. Only short-term payment plans are accepted (max: 2-3 weeks) but extensions can be discussed.

  3. To arrange a payment plan, please contact me through Discord or Toyhouse and indicate your proposed payment schedule.

  4. Failure to follow the agreed payment plan will result in the deposit not being refunded but it can be applied to a (or another) commission option of your choice that fits the price.

03. Art as Payment

  1. If offering art in exchange, it must be completed within 3 weeks.

  2. If you need more time, please inform me in advance.

  3. If the art is not completed on time, the character will be reopened for offers.

04. Offers & Trading

  1. Do not offer on a character and then back out without informing me.

  2. Do not inquire about purchasing a character if you are unable to pay.

  3. Short holds on characters are acceptable (max: 2 weeks).

05. Selling Characters

  1. You may not sell a character for more than its base value unless additional artwork is included.

  2. If the character was originally created as a trade its base value is the original value. If given for free, its base value is $0.

Usage & Artist Rights

This section explains how my artwork and character designs may be used. It covers rules for commercial use, crediting, ownership, and the rights I retain as the artist, ensuring clear boundaries for all interactions.
